Additionally, we will ensure that the property is rehabilitated to livable conditions, making it safe and functional for future occupants.

  • For Realtors: If the property is listed and represented by a realtor, we will work directly with you, purchasing the property at the listed price and paying the commission on the transaction as outlined in the listing agreement. This ensures you receive your commission while helping your client contribute to a worthy cause.
